Activate My New DISH Network | HD Satellite
Can I activate my new DISH Network account online or via email?

Due to security reasons, we are not able to activate your account online or via email. Please call our Customer Support Center at 1-888-686-2388 to activate your system. Our representatives are available to assist you 24-hours-a -day.

How do I find a local retailer that sells DISH Network satellite systems?

We have many retailers that can assist you with all of your DISH Network needs.

For retailers in your area, please check your local Yellow Pages under "satellite."

Do I need a credit card to subscribe to DISH Network?

Most of our promotions require a credit card for contractual purposes, as we supply the equipment at little or no cost. We do require that the name on the credit card and the name on the DISH Network account match to prevent fraud. When the account is set up, the credit card numbers linked to the account in a secure location that cannot be read by our Customer Service Representatives. If the contract is defaulted, the promotion cancellation fee (if applicable) is charged to that card. You are not required to make your monthly payments with a credit card.

We hope this helps explain why we ask for a credit card. If you are unable to provide this information, we encourage you to check out some of our other promotions offered through local retailers.

Free HD for Life requires 24-month commitment to qualifying programming and continuous enrollment in AutoPay with Paperless Billing.
